The extended guarantee doesn`t apply to:
* natural wear and tear of materials caused by the use of the mattress;
* damage to the mattress cover: scratches, cuts, stains and dirt;
* natural shrinkage of soft layers due to weight pressure. Shrinkage of soft layers in areas of maximum load is usually up to 3 centimeters on all mattresses, but can be higher depending on the weight of the person. This is not a constructive or manufacturing defect, it is due to the fact that the mattress adapts to the body.
* the mattress takes the form of the basis on which it is exploited;
* decorative elements of the mattress. The handles have a decorative function and are not intended for carrying and turning mattresses;
* mattresses are used for commercial purposes without permission.
The guarantee period is valid from the date of purchase. Natural wear of the product or change in its properties is not considered a quality defect. The texture and color of natural wood are not considered a defect.

Product guarantee terms:
• the product must be assembled in accordance with the assembly instructions;
• the purchased goods were used for their intended purpose and kept in good condition;
• the guarantee applied on goods that were damaged during transportation, as well as defects caused by the fault of the manufacturer.
The buyer loses the right to free guarantee service in the following cases:
• the buyer did not follow the furniture assembly instructions;
• the goods are damaged due to the fault of the buyer;
• the furniture has been damaged by unforeseen circumstances.

For legal entities, the warranty period for all goods is 1 year from the date of purchase.

The guarantee does not exclude or limit the buyer's right to use any other remedies in accordance with the laws of Estonia.
